* Where are the dog biscuits manufactured?
All treats are made entirely by hand in Carinthia (Austria) and are also packaged by hand.
* What makes Ladi's treats special?
Our recipes are based on years of experience in our small animal practice, and we deliberately use simple ingredients. Quality, taste, and the well-being of the dogs are our top priorities.
* Which dogs are the biscuits suitable for?
Our dog biscuits are generally suitable for dogs of all breeds and ages. Depending on the size of the dog, we recommend adjusting the quantity accordingly or breaking larger biscuits into smaller pieces.
* Are the dog biscuits also suitable for puppies?
Generally, yes, as long as puppies tolerate the crunchy texture well. Please ensure the biscuits are the right size and always give treats in small amounts (e.g., as a reward).

* What ingredients are used?
We value high-quality ingredients, consciously focus on the essentials, and avoid unnecessary additives. You can find the exact ingredients on the product page, in the online shop, and on the packaging.
* Are artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives used?
No. Our dog biscuits are made without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
* Are the products regional?
Apart from the salmon oil, all ingredients come from Carinthia.
* Are the cookies vegetarian or vegan?
The cheese diamonds are vegetarian and the herb hearts are the variety for our vegan friends.
* Do the cookies contain grains?
Yes, currently all cookies contain grains. More varieties are planned.
* What about allergies or intolerances?
Every dog is unique. If your dog has known allergies or intolerances, please check the ingredients list before purchasing.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
* Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the European Union.
* What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart and before order completion, and depend on the package size and delivery location. We ship with Hermes.
* How long does delivery take?
We usually ship your order within a few business days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping provider.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
* How long do the dog biscuits last?
The best-before date can be found on the packaging. The cookies will keep for at least one year from the date of purchase.
* How do I store the cookies correctly?
Please store the dog biscuits in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend tightly sealing the packaging.
* Can the cookies be frozen?
Yes, our dog biscuits can be frozen if needed. After thawing, they should be stored in a dry place and consumed promptly.
FEEDING
* How many biscuits can my dog have per day?
Our dog biscuits are a reward and supplementary food. The amount depends on your dog's size, age and activity level. Fresh water should be available at all times.
* Do the cookies replace a meal?
No. Our dog biscuits are intended as a reward or small snack and do not replace a balanced diet.

* Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, upon request we offer beautifully designed gift packaging in various sizes. These are perfect as a small token of appreciation for special occasions.
* Can I order dog biscuits with my own company logo?
Yes! We produce custom packaging for hotels, veterinary practices, dog groomers, dog training schools, and other businesses. Feel free to contact us – we'll create a personalized offer for you.

* My dog doesn't tolerate a certain product – what should I do?
Please discontinue use of the product immediately and contact us. We would be happy to discuss the ingredients with you and help you choose a more suitable variety.
