The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the order process, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our dog biscuits are carefully handmade. Due to the artisanal production process, slight variations in shape, color, or size may occur. These do not constitute a defect.

PRICES

All prices include the statutory VAT of 13%, plus shipping costs. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

PAYMENT

The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process. The order will be processed after successful payment.

DELIVERY

We ship our products from Carinthia to Austria and selected EU countries. The delivery time is indicated during the ordering process.

DURABILITY & STORAGE

Our dog biscuits are freshly made and carefully packaged. Please follow the instructions on the packaging for optimal storage and shelf life.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS

Our dog biscuits are a complementary food for dogs. They do not replace a balanced diet or veterinary treatment. Please consider your dog's individual needs and any potential intolerances.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

The goods remain the property of Ladi's Leckerlis until full payment is received.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Austrian law applies, taking into account the mandatory consumer protection provisions.
