* Cancellation policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you have received the goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

RETURN

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• opened products for reasons of health protection and hygiene

• Goods with a shelf life of less than three months

• individually assembled or personalized products
